About Me

Hello, I'm Ariana!

I love teaching! My favorite part of teaching is the interactions I get with the students on a daily basis. Their funny stories and insightful comments make this job worth it!

I am in my 5th year teaching in Montgomery County Public Schools. I currently teach 7th grade science and serve on my school's Instructional Leadership Team as the Restorative Justice Coach. In past years, I have worked as the advisor for National Junior Honor Society and co-chair of the Staff Morale Committee. I also had the opportunity to be a cooperating teacher for the Montgomery College ACET program and mentored a student-teacher as she completed her internship in my classroom.

This year, I am heading the start of our school's "Wellbeing Room" that will provide students the space to learn how to regulate their emotions, feelings, and reactions in school. As I move forward in my journey as an educator, I am excited to continue my professional growth and understanding of education!
